star Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's film 'Stree' are ready to knock on the
silver screen. Both stars are busy promoting the movie these days. Stree is a
horror comedy movie. This is directed by Amar Kaushik. So far, from the movie
trailer to songs, all are very much liked by the audience. As seen in the
trailer, this film is definitely horror but it will get a glimpse of Rajkummar
Rao Comedy. But do you know that 'Stree' is based on a true incident? This
movie is about a girl's soul (witch) who comes to the city every year and
leaves her clothes only by killing men.
The
story of the movie revolves around a true incident occurring in South India. In
fact, around 1990, there was a rumor circulating in Karnataka's capital,
Bengaluru, that there is a 'witch' who revolves around night in the city
streets and is looking for men. The witch knocks on the door of the people's
houses and gives voice to the house man in a very lovely voice. Especially in
the voice of a man's mother or wife, she calls them. Then as soon as the man
goes out, the witch kills him within the next 24 hours.
After
this People started saying 'Nalla Ba' 'Nalla Ba' is a Kannada word. It means
'Come tomorrow'. People were writing 'Nalla Ba' in front of their homes so that
the spirits did not turn their door. After watching it the witch just goes
away.
